As a follow up to budgeting, our accounting service include producing a monthly Profit and Loss statement, Balance Sheet, Payroll Processing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, using standardized accounting practices for the hospitality industry.
Our profit and loss statements will also include a performance report compared to budget as well as a variance report. As a full time management company, we also track all expenditures including daily payroll and cost of goods expenses as to their current relationship to projected budget and thus, allowing management to adjust practices expediently. This service as well as Payroll can be provided as an A-La-Carte program.
