Lizanatay handles the recruiting, interviewing and selection of management and staff from local, national and international resources. We provide proper record keeping and filing of I-9 and W-4 forms as well as compliance to Federal, State and Local enforcement agencies. Training is conducted with management and staff and policies and protocols are implemented to ensure minimal unemployment and worker’s compensation expenses. As an additional service, Payroll Services may also be provided. Lizanatay also has a training and placement program for hospitality employees. This program is designed to quickly provide departmentally specific customer service and job task skills to individuals seeking a career in the hospitality industry. Management training is also available. Once trained, Lizanatay actively assists in seeking employment either on a temporary, part-time or full-time basis.
For the employee, their success rate in finding employment and potential earning power is an obvious benefit for participation in the program. Furthermore, their opportunity for advancement is improved.
