Lizanatay offers management services in a variety of forms. With our hospitality management corporation you can opt for the Lizanatay Plan, the Turnaround or any personalized design of A-La-Carte services. 

The Lizanatay Plan - Designed for the absentee owner, lender owned property, receivership, and hotel investor, this is an all encompassing service in which every item within the scope of management services is included from human resources to revenue management, training, budgeting, etc.

The Turnaround - This is a short-term plan in order to help an owner or current management solve various problems. For example, it can be a smaller scope mission such as the unexpected termination of a General Manager’s employment, cost control emergencies, theft problems or cash flow solutions. It can also be larger project involving a full assessment of operations and overhauling operations including issues as complicated as debt restructuring. 

A La Carte Plan - This option allows an owner to select any one or a combination of our services to be provided on either a full-time or short-term basis. Based on the needs and budget of the client, these services are fully customizable. 

For Example:

1. Does your front desk staff require training in customer service?
   Question 2 - Does your front desk staff require training in sales?
   Question 3 - Do you require revenue management and forecasting services to 
                       improve the yield of that sales training?
   Question 4 - How often would you like forecasting projections and strategy     
                       suggestions?

​2. Would you like us to prepare a budget?
    Question 2 - Would you like us to perform a daily monitoring of your budget 
                        compared to performance and provide an analysis on methods to 
                        remove variances?
   Question 3 - Would you like accounting services which can be coupled with a 
                       monitoring of budget?
   Question 4 - Would you like payroll services?

3. Do you require sales and marketing services?
   Question 2 - Would you like us to conduct a market analysis?
   Question 3 - Would you like us to do local, in person calls or telephonic sales?
   Question 4 - Would you like us to do this on a regular, periodic or one-time 
                       basis?

Fees - Lizanatay and the client will determine the objectives of the company and develop a plan. Fees are programmed into that plan in order to meet the goals of the client. The philosophy behind our method is that there is a return on every dollar spent.
