In many cases, Lizanatay's own team can perform renovation projects, thus limiting the use of costly contractors as well as short-term employees.
Lizanatay's purchasing department, with its volume pricing power and existing relationships with FF&E and Hospitality Supply vendors, is capable of delivering quality items in a timely fashion at the best price.
Finally, aside from all the time and cost saving elements previously outlined, ownership and management is able to remain focused on operations, the neglect of which is often the most costly element of a project. Ultimately, without experience in this area, an owner runs the risk of losing their franchise, which is devastating to their business and often unrecoverable.
