By utilizing this option, Lizanatay will visit your property and do assessments on areas in which training has been provided. We will then report results to management and provide follow up training and recommend action for departments, department heads and individual employees. If Lizanatay is the manager, then we also add the ongoing, personal accountability of staff to this package.
As a company with considerable experience and diversity in hotel franchises, Lizanatay can also assist in preparation for an important franchise related quality assurance inspection. Having undergone many self-induced and franchise required PIP (property improvement plan) lists, Lizanatay will also provide training and preparation inspections to assure high franchise QA inspection scores as well as swiftly and inexpensively execute action plans to complete improvement projects through our project management team.
