This page discusses our training philosophy and the three general services which Lizanatay provides.
1. Training and Placement - This is a program designed to serve both employees seeking employment and employers seeking team members.
2. Foreign Labor Recruiting - Lizanatay offers service in connecting employers with J-1 and H-2B visa employees.
3. Contractual Training - This is training we provide to third parties on a contractual basis.
In this program, we provide training for hospitality positions ranging from Housekeeping to General Management. We then assist trainees in attaining employment in those positions for which they have been trained.
Employers and Recruiters - Anyone recruiting staff should come directly to Lizanatay.
An employer will receive a well trained employee which will save time and money in recruiting, training, and lack of proficiency. Additionally, recruits can be hired on a trial basis until the employer decides to make them permanent, and therefore, may actually test out different candidates for the best fit. An employer does not run the risk of unemployment expense during the initial "getting to know each other" period if either the employer or the employee changes their mind about their employment decision. The employee is on Lizanatay's payroll until the decision to hire the employee full-time is made.

Foreign Labor Recruiting
In many markets, or at various times, a company has a limited local workforce. This situation causes many difficulties for an employer, not the least of which is a higher cost to running their business and a much lower quality of product and service. This hardship can often be solved through the utilization of foreign labor. Lizanatay offers service in providing J-1 and H-2B visas in order to connect employers and employees to solve labor shortage challenges as well as training for students. The different visa types are as follows:
J-1 Work and Travel Seasonal Worker- These are full-time international university students who work on a short-term, seasonal basis.
J-1 Interns- These are university students earning a degree in a related field and will fill a position or positions in order to meet training requirements. Interns are available for 12 months.
H-2B- Seasonal, non-university students.

Job Seekers - This program is ideal because our training gives a job seeker a step up in the hiring process. Much of the effort in their job search is removed as Lizanatay does that work for them. Finally, if there is any interim period between training and full-time employment, the job seeker may be placed in different locations on a temporary basis which provides them a paycheck and essentially, provides them with additional experience and training.
